Technical Assistance:
Discussed the upcoming fingerprinting. Determined dates of when provider and household members will need to obtain the fingerprint search. Provided the Office of Background Investigation phone number for provider to complete the point of contact request for fingerprinting. OBI phone number is: (804)726-7884.

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted this date. A total of 2 children (4pts) with Provider. Children were completing an art project with construction paper. Artwork displayed on the walls of the programming area which consisted of homemade mittens with cotton balls. A nice transition to music time where children were observed singing songs and interacting with Provider. Handwashing observed prior to lunch. Lunch today consisted of chicken pasta, fresh carrots and clementine slices with milk. Observation of electric space heater which was located behind a barrier as required.
