Technical Assistance:
Discussed the upcoming fingerprint requirement for all staff and household members. Discussed substitute provider and assistant record requirements.

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted this date. A total of 12 children (27pts) with Provider, 1 assistant and 1 volunteer present today. When the inspector arrived, children were completing table top activities such as wooden puzzles and artwork involving painting. Puzzles that were age appropriate were given to each child specific to their abilities. A nice transition to hand washing and floor activities that consisted of legos and other toys that were involved stacking shapes. Ample amount of toys and equipment were located within reach of children which enabled them to independently select toys of their choice. Children observed cleaning up after free play, and transitioning to circle time where they sang songs while waiting to wash hands before lunch. A total of 6 children's files, all staff and one household member file reviewed and found complete. No medications on site at this time. Thank you for your cooperation today. This inspection began at 10:15am and ended at 12pm. Please email me with questions at:
