Discussed calling OBI to get the code for fingerprinting.
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted from 10:00 am-12:00pm. At the time of entrance, 5 children (17 points) were in care with 3 staff members present. Children were observed during snack time, infant care and free play. A selection of 2 staff and 4 children records and other documents were reviewed. The home is clean and organized. Standard #: 22VAC40-80-120-E-2 Description: Based on review, the the findings of the most recent inspection of the facility was not posted. Evidence: 1. The last inspection dated 08/30/2017 was not posted on the providers wall. The inspection dated 3/15/2017 was posted. The provider stated she did not receive the email from the inspector. Plan of Correction: I will post the inspection.
