Review Emergency plan to ensure update is current. Discussed finger print registry- OBI should be contacted with questions regarding a vendor code.
An unannounced inspection was conducted this morning. There were 11 children present with the Provider and assistant for a total of 22 points. The Provider and assistant are current in training hours, First Aid/CPR certification, and clearances. The Inspector observed the program including circle time and story time. The Provider continues to offer a variety of age/stage appropriate materials and the children showed the Inspector their costumes, including a dinosaur, princess, and pirate.
