A subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted on 1/24/18 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection: the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations of the supplemental subsidy health and safety requirements were found. Today's visit was a routine monitoring inspection. The inspection began at 10:00am and concluded at 1:50pm. There were eleven children in care, three caregivers, and a total of twenty-eight points. During the inspection the outdoor area was viewed, emergency supplies were viewed, lunch time was observed, infant care was observed, diapering was observed, story time was observed, the licensee's records was reviewed, one out of two assistant's records were reviewed, five out of twelve children's records were reviewed, nap time was observed, and some policies and procedures were reviewed. The provider does not administer medication per policy and stated she does not provide transportation. Discussion took place regarding background check requirements. Thank you for your time .
