Technical Assistance:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from approximately 11am-12:50pm. There were 5 children (10 points) directly supervised by 2 caregivers. A sample of 3 children?s and 2 caregivers records were reviewed. The children were observed watching age appropriate television, and playing in the play area. Zero new caregivers have been hired since the last inspection. Areas of non-compliance are identified in this report. The exit interview was conducted with the assistant. A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 01/26/2018 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements and are identified on the violation notice.

Description: Based on record review, the evacuation procedures were incomplete. Evidence: The evacuation procedures were missing the plan to reunite children with their parents.
