An unannounced renewal study was conducted today with the provider who was present with 2 toddlers and 2 preschoolers for a total of 10 points. The children were watching an educational program on the television during the inspection. For lunch, they were served chicken and carrots in a nut butter sauce, rice, apples and milk. No child had medication on site and the provider does not administer medication at this time. Five children and three household member's files were reviewed today. The provider has obtained 24 hours of annual training for 2017 and her First Aid/CPR training is through American Safety Health Institute and is due to expire on 10/28/19. There were no violations observed during this inspection. Arrival time: 3:35 pm Departure time: 4: 30 pm
