Today's visit was a renewal inspection. The inspection began at 10:00am and concluded at 1:00pm. There were three children present upon arrival and a fourth child arrived from a half day program for a total of seven points and one caregiver. During the inspection children's activities were observed, lunch time was observed, the provider's record was reviewed, the records for all four enrolled children were reviewed, emergency supplies were viewed, the family day home's emergency plan was viewed, nap time was observed, arrival of a part day child was observed, the outdoor area was viewed, and the policies and procedures for the family day home were reviewed. The provider is MAT certified and there were no medications administered or present for children in care. The provider stated she does not provide any transportation.
