Discussed background check requirements for fingerprinting staff and household members. Provided phone number for Office Background of Investigations.
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted this date. A total of 5 children (13pts) present with Provider. Children were completing lunch and finishing drinking milk. A nice transition observed from lunch to an educational video. Hands were washed and children grouped at the table to complete coloring in their coloring books. The home was found clean and well organized. Ample toys, games, equipment available within reach of the children in care to allow them to independently select. Positive interaction was observed between Provider and the children. Only one new child record for review since the last licensing inspection in 9/2017. All staff and household member records reviewed and found complete. No medications on site at this time. Provider's policy is not to administer any medications. This inspection began at 11:45am and was completed at 12:50pm. Thank you for your cooperation today. Please email me at: firstname.lastname@example.org
