A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 02/27/2018 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. The subsidy requirements were reviewed this date; allergy action plans, staff trainings, nutrition and food services, recordkeeping, hazardous substances, reporting injuries, emergency plans and transportation. A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements and are identified on the violation notice. Standard #: VENDHOM-000-012-B Description: Based on interview, all caregivers did not complete Virginia Pre-Service Training for Child Care Staff sponsored by the Department of Social Services within the first 90 days of employment or service. Evidence: 1. Assistant A and Assistant B did not complete the training and have been employed with the provider for more than 90 days. Plan of Correction: I will make sure my assistants complete the training.
