The licensing inspector conducted an unannounced monitoring inspection on Tuesday, February 27, 2018 from 09:45am to 11:10am. The children were observed playing with toys, singing songs and fingerplays. They were also observed reviewing color alphabet and shape flashcards and counting to 50. Today, there were five children, totaling 14 points, present with one caregiver. Lunch is to consist of chicken noodle soup, mixed vegetables, bears and milk. The menu was posted. Five children?s records, one caregivers? record and one household record were reviewed during the inspection. Medication is not being administered. The provider does not provide transportation. The center's first aid kit and emergency supplies were inspected. Last emergency drill: 2/7/2018 The violations from the previous inspections were checked for corrections.
