Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from 12:30pm-2:00pm. At the time of inspection, 3 children (8 points) were directly supervised by the provider. The sample size consisted of 3 children records, 1 caregiver record, and 1 household member record. There were no medications on site today and the provider is MAT certified. Children were observed preparing for nap time and the provider was helping one of the children to fall asleep. Macaroni and cheese, broccoli, orange and milk were served for lunch today. There was an abundant supply of Montessori style materials for the children.
