Comments:
Today an unannounced Monitoring inspection took place between 2:10pm and 3:35pm. There were 10 children present with the provider and 1 assistant for a total of 28 points within the supervision guidelines. The children were observed napping, waking up from their naps, washing their hands and eating snack. Today's snack is apple slices and milk. A complete inspection of the physical plant, children and staff records, fire drill log, menu, attendance and emergency procedures were observed during this inspection. Violations:
Standard #: 22VAC40-111-170-A
Description: Based on record review, the provider did not obtain a Tuberculosis (TB) screening for one adult household member. Evidence: Household member #1 does not have TB test results on record.

Plan of Correction: I can have have them schedule an appointment for this weekend.

Standard #: 22VAC40-111-530-A
Description: Based on observation, the napping children were not provided with a bottom cover for their rest mats. Evidence: 6 out of 7 children that were observed napping did not have a bottom linen in between the children and the nap mats.

Plan of Correction: I will get them for all the children.
