An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on Thursday, March 1, 2018, from approximately 8:30am until 10:15am. Present today were nine children totaling twenty-two points with two caregivers. When the inspector arrived the children were playing with various toys. Later, the caregiver asked the children to identify items in pictures. During story time, the caregiver asked numerous questions about what the book was about. Then the children built with large legos. Frequent interactions were observed at the child's individual level. Breakfast: cereal, milk, orange juice Lunch: Chicken patty, cooked carrots, fresh strawberries, wheat bread and milk Practice evacuations: 1/2/18 and 2/6/18 Practice Shelter-in-Place drills for 2017 : 4/3/17 and 10/4/17 Four children's records and two caregiver records were inspected.
