An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 3/28/18 from 10:55am - 12:15pm. At the time of the inspection there were three children in care, ages two months old to twenty months old (10 points), with one caregiver present. Emergency plan and emergency supplies were reviewed. Areas of non-compliance are identified on the violation notice and were discussed with the provider during the exit interview.
