Each individual needs to register for the appointment separately. Fingerprints are due for all caregivers and for household members over the age of 18 by September 30, 2018.
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted with provider and assistant. There were five children in the home, totalling 12 points, ranging in age from 1 years old to 2 years old. The children had chicken nuggets, mixed fruit, corn, and milk for lunch and laid down for rest. An additional 7 children totalling 13 points were attending a field trip/birthday party at Sweet Frog with two caregivers. Pizza was served for lunch. All caregivers are current in first aid and CPR. The provider does not administer medication. One new staff file and two children files were reviewed and are in compliance. Pet vaccinations are up to date.
