04/04/2018 Arrived 8:50 Departed 11:45am An unannounced licensing renewal inspection was completed today. Five children were in care for a total of 11 points. The children were watching television, playing with cars and eating breakfast. You reported that you have not replaced your broken crib because you do not have any infants in care and that you will purchase a new crib if you enroll an infant. Thank you for your cooperation. Standard #: 22VAC40-111-240-A Description: Based on observation, the facility failed to insure that all areas are in safe condition. Evidence: 1. There is a 65 inch television on a TV stand in the living room which is a play area. Plan of Correction: the provider reported that a strap will be installed to insure the safety of this area.
Standard #: 22VAC40-111-450-A Description: Based on observation, the facility failed to clearly mark glass doors. Evidence: 1. There are no decorative stickers, decals or art on the the front full viewmstorm door. Plan of Correction: The provider reported that she just took the decals down and she installed more during the inspection.
