Discussed finger print registry.
An unannounced inspection was conducted from 2:10- 3:10. There were 7 children present with the Provider for a total of 16 points. The Provider's child and an infant were awake but the rest of the children were sleeping. The Provider had a new enrollment and the file was checked. The menu, attendance, emergency drills, and Emergency Preparedness plan were reviewed. Children were observed waking up and preparing for the afternoon. Please call with questions 703-479 4679.
Standard #: 22VAC40-111-280 Description: Based on observation, the Provider has a disinfectant substance that is accessible to children. Evidence: 1. Inspector observed bathroom that the Provider stated is used by the children. On top of the toilet was a container of Clorax disinfectant wipes. The container has a statement that states "keep out of reach of children". Plan of Correction: We put back under the sink in the locked cabinet during the inspection. I use it to clean the toilet when they are napping.
