63.2 Licensure and Registration Procedures
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today. There are 10 children present (33 points) with 4 adults. 3 adult and 3 children's files were reviewed. See Violation notice for missing information. Children were observed playing, using the bathroom, washing hands, during circle time, and taking a stroller ride outside. First aid supplies, emergency supplies, emergency escape drills, bathroom supplies are all in compliance. Please make sure you have completed 2 shelter-in-place drills by the end of June. Standard #: 63.2-1720.1-B-3 Description: Based upon a review of records, one staff record does not include the required Out of State Child abuse search. Evidence: Staff A (date of hire 8/2/17) lived outside of the state within the last 5 years. No results are on file. The web site address for the Adam Walsh Registry was provided. Plan of Correction: I will submit the form.
