Technical Assistance:
Discussed the providers license which will be expiring in May and the renewal process.

Comments:
Today an unannounced Renewal inspection took place between 10:50 and 12:10pm. There were 10 children present with the provider and 1 assistant for a total of 28 points within the supervision guidelines. The children were observed watching a movie, pottying and being fed. A complete inspection of the physical plant, children and staff records, fire drill log, menu, attendance and emergency procedures were observed during this inspection. Standard #: 22VAC40-111-680-B
Description: Based on observation, caregivers did not ensure that children's hands were washed as required. Evidence: One infant was placed in a feeding chair and fed a puree. The child's hands were not washed prior to being fed.

Plan of Correction: I'll reminder her to wash their hands.
