Technical Assistance:
Water temperature taken. Clarified that water temperature must remain below 120 degrees Fahrenheit.

An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted this date. A total of 4 children present (8 points) with provider. Observation of parent drop off was made. Parent was observed signing attendance sheet at the time of arrival. When the inspector arrived, the children were observed playing with Leggos, dump trucks, pianos, and coloring. Bathroom and hand washing procedures were observed. The program area was equipped with ample amounts of toys, books, art supplies, and tactile equipment that were determined to be age-appropriate for the current children in care. Entire home was inspected, which included the upstairs level. Completed animal painting artwork was on display. Children were observed participating in clean up and preparing to transition to lunch. Lunch today is fish sticks, rice, vegetable medley, sliced apples and milk. A total of 4 children's records were reviewed and determined complete. Provider record was reviewed and was also found complete. No medications currently at this time. No topical ointments at this time. This inspection began at 9:45am and ended at 12:30pm.
