Discussed training for the household member.
An unannounced inspection was conducted at 950 Am. The Provider was present with 4 children (infnats-4 years) for a total of 12 points. The Provider has attended trainings, is current in MAT, First Aid, and CPR. The children were playing and the Inspector checked children's records, household records, and medication procedures. Standard #: 22VAC40-111-280 Description: Based on observation, there are cleaning and sanitizing supplies stored in area accessible to the children. Evidence: 1. The downstairs bathroom is used by the children and the Inspector observed a can of Lysol spray on the toilet and a container of Clorax wipes on the sink. Plan of Correction: I will move them in the laundry room.
Standard #: 22VAC40-111-320-B Description: Based on observation, the Provider has an electrical outlet in the downstairs and one in the kitchen that do not have protective covers. Plan of Correction: I will get more protective covers.
Standard #: 22VAC40-111-450-A Description: Based on observation the Provider does not have the glass sliding door marked within 18 inches of the floor. Evidence: 1. Provider has decals on the glass door but the decals and decorative items are up above within half way on the door . Plan of Correction: I will lower the decals.
