22VAC40-80 THE LICENSE.
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted with the Provider. This visit took place in the morning between 11:10-1:30pm there were 3 children with the Provider for a total of 12points within the supervision guidelines. The children were observed having morning lunch and nap time. Positive interactions were observed during this inspection. A complete inspection of the physical plant, children and provider records, fire drill log, attendance records, and emergency procedures were observed. Standard #: 22VAC40-111-60-B Description: Based on review of two children?s records, the provider did not maintain complete children?s records. Evidence: Child #1's records did not include both parents employers address and medical insurance policy number. Plan of Correction: Provider stated that the parent has a new job and will bring it today.
Standard #: 22VAC40-80-120-E-2 Description: Based on review of the provider records, provider did not findings from most recent inspection posted. Evidence: The violation notice dated 11/30/17 was not found posted at the family day home. Plan of Correction: Provider stated that she will make sure it is posted.
