Technical Assistance:
Discussed with provider the assessment of outdoor equipment.

Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted between 10:30am to 11:45 am. There were 12 children (28 points) in direct care of three caregivers. 5 children records and 5 staff/household member records were reviewed. Previous violations were corrected. The children were observed playing outside, transitioning from play time to lunch, reading books and washing hands before/after lunch. The lunch menu included tuna, tortillas, bread, celery, apples and milk. There were no medications on site. The emergency evacuation drill record and plan was reviewed.
