A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 07/09/2018 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today from 10:00am-12:15pm. There were 3 children (4 points) directly supervised by the provider. The home, 1 staff records, 5 children?s records, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. There were no medications on site today. Children were observed playing freely, practicing letter sounds, pretending to have a picnic, and eating breakfast. There was an abundant supply of books, toys, and materials for the children. Areas of non-compliance are identified on the Violation Notice.
