Description: Based on a review of emergency supplies today, there was no working battery-operated weather band present as required. Evidence: The crank-type of radio that was available today was not working with replaceable batteries.

Plan of Correction: I will purchase a new one.

Description: Based on observation during today's inspection, some window blinds were not made inaccessible as required. Evidence: There were blind cords accessible in the children's areas.
