Comments:
An unannounced Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection (SHSI) was conducted from 2:00 - 4:00 pm in conjunction with a monitoring inspection (see that report for details). SHSI requirements were reviewed. The last evacuation drill was 7/2/18 and the last shelter in place drill was 5/1/18. There are no children with diagnosed food allergies. Description: Based on a review of the emergency drill log, and an interview with the provider, it was determined that a lockdown practice drill was not practiced annually.

Plan of Correction: Will conduct a lock down drill this month and document it on the emergency drill log. An annual lock down drill will be practiced in the future.
