An unannounced renewal study was conducted today. There are 8 children present (18 points) with 3 caregivers. 3 adult and 3 children 's records were reviewed. See violation notice for missing information. One child is within 7 days of attendance for Proof of birth documentation, and within 30 days of enrollment for a physical. Children were observed playing with toys, coloring and enjoying music. Emergency escape drills, first aid supplies, emergency supplies and refrigerator temperature are all in compliance.
