Comments:
An Initial Licensing Inspection was conducted on 8/1/18 and 8/6/18. There are no children yet enrolled. The lower level of the home is dedicated to childcare with one crib available, rest mats have been ordered. There is sufficient playthings and child size furniture for children ages infant - school age children. Reviewed paperwork. All is complete The provider is ready to advertise to care for children.
