An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from 12:00pm-1:00pm. There were 5 children (13 points) directly supervised by 2 caregivers. The home, 1 staff records, 4 children?s records, 1 household member?s records, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. There were no medications on site today. Children were observed playing freely, exercising, playing catch, singing and dancing, laughing and smiling. There was a supply of books, toys, and materials for the children. Description: Based on record review, the provider did not maintain documentation of emergency drills conducted. Evidence: The provider conducted a drill in July 2018 but did not document the emergency drill.

Plan of Correction: I will write it down from now on.

Standard #: 22VAC40-111-60-B
Description: Based on four records reviewed, the provider did not ensure all children had the required information in their file. Evidence: Child 1, 2, and 3 are missing one emergency contact.

Plan of Correction: I will talk to parents tonight.
