Discussion of the Family Day Home (FDH) renewal application and the requested number for capacity. The FDH has requested a capacity of 9. However, the Certificate of Occupancy issued 09/12/2016 by Arlington County sets that the number of children at 5. A message was left with the Zoning Administration to inquire information on the procedure to increase this number. The capacity cannot be increased by the Division of Licensing until documentation is obtained stating the new approved number from Arlington County. At such time when this documentation is obtained, a modification to the current license shall be administered increasing the capacity to the new higher number.
