Comments:
The licensing inspector conducted a scheduled modification inspection on Wednesday, August 29, 2018. The provider is requesting to modify the license due to a change in location. The request to modify the license was received 08/15/2018. No children were in care. The provider's home consists of a living room, dining room, eat in kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is also a fenced in backyard where the children will play for outside time. The provider will utilize the living room, kitchen and the dining room for child care purposes. The provider has a variety of age appropriate toys, furniture and equipment for the children.
