An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted with the provider beginning at 9:15 AM and ending at 10:35 AM. There were five children in care during the inspection. The children's ages were 17 months, 3, 5, 6, and 7 years old. The older children were observed playing with balls, building blocks, and action figures. The infant was observed eating morning snack which consisted of dry cereal, apple chunks, and yogurt. Diapering and hand washing procedures were observed. Three children's records were reviewed and in compliance. Two household members' records were reviewed and in compliance. The first aid kit, flash light, and weather-band radio were observed and in compliance. The emergency practice drill log was reviewed and in compliance. The most recent shelter-in-place drill was documented as 4/27/18. The most recent emergency escape drill was documented as 6/29/18.
