Today an unannounced Monitoring inspection took place between 1:00pm and 2:45pm. There were 9 children present with the provider and 2 assistant for a total of 28 points within the supervision guidelines. At the start of the inspection, the children were observed napping. Some of the young infants began to wake during the inspection and the interactions between infants and the assistant caregivers were positive and comforting. A complete inspection of the physical plant, children and staff records, fire drill log, menu, attendance and emergency procedures were observed during this inspection. Evidence: The violation notice that is currently posted is dated 3/1/2017. The provider's most recent inspection was on 1/17/2018. Plan of Correction: I'll do it right now.
