- Technical Assistance:
SHSI Standards (subsidy requirements) will be merged with FDH Standards in the next few months. Providers will be required to comply with these standards even if they do not participate in the Vendor Subsidy Program.
An unannounced renewal was conducted from 9:00 AM - 10:00 AM. The Provider was present with 5 children for a total of 11 points. The Provider has recently completed MAT training and is CPR/First Aid certified. The Provider, household members, and assistants have all obtained finger print clearances and all files were complete. Four of 5 children's files were reviewed and all were complete. The children were engaged in activities and circle time activity was also observed. Please call with questions 703-479-4679
