Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was initiated today. The physical plant, 3 caregiver/household member files, 5 children's files, caregiver training, child nutrition, children's activities, emergency procedures, drills and supplies were inspected between 12:40 and 1:40pm. There were 10 children, totaling 24 points, under the supervision of 2 caregivers. Today the children completed their workbooks (coloring, learning letters, counting based on their development levels), enjoyed free play, worked with arts and crafts, took naps, and listened to music. The interactions between the children and caregivers were seen to be positive and constructive in nature. Today, the children were served chicken nuggets, steamed veggies, french fries, fruit and milk for lunch. The Provider is certified in MAT (medication administration training).
