54.1-3408 Provider must be MAT certified to administer prescription medication.
An unannounced monitoring visit was conducted today between the hours of 9:00am through 10:30am with the provider on site. There were 9 children (20 points) with the provider and two assistants. A sample of 6 children's files and 5 staff/household member's files were reviewed. Emergency drill log and the first aid kit was inspected. The home is clean and organized. There was an abundant supply of books, toys and materials for the children. There were no medication on site today. Breakfast today was scrambled eggs, toast, cream cheese, jelly and pineapple. The children were engaged in the following: preparing for breakfast, hand washing, eating breakfast, reading books, dancing, circle time, singing in spanish and english and other organized activities.
