An unannounced mandated Renewal inspection was conducted today from 9:30 am to 12:00 pm. There were 2 caregivers present with 6 children (22 points), Children were observed playing outside, sleeping, playing with legos, dancing and listen to music. Reviewed staff records, household records, emergency plan and drills, menus, attendance, and physical plant. Violations of the Standards have been noted on the Violation Notice. Description: Based on record review, children's records were incomplete. Evidence: Child#1 and Child#2 were missing authorizations for topical skin products.
