Licensing inspector discussed small appliances being unplugged with provider.
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from approximately 12:30pm-1:45pm. There were 6 children (12 points) in the direct care and supervision of 1 caregiver. A sample of 3 children?s records, 2 caregiver records and 1 household member's record was reviewed. The children were observed napping. Zero new caregivers have been hired since the last inspection.
