Technical Assistance:
Consultation was given on pre-service training (10 hours) and additional staff getting first aid and CPR certification when the Family Day Home Standards change to incorporate subsidy requirements into the standards.

Comments:
An unannounced monitoring visit was conducted today from 10:00-11:20. Seven children were present with three caregivers for twenty points which is within ratios for supervision. Reviewed all caregivers records and training hours, two children's files, emergency preparation and physical space. Lunch to be served today is chicken with lentils, mixed vegetables and grapes for the younger children and pork chops, rice, grapes and mixed vegetables as well as bread. Children were observed in free play, playing music, singing and bottle feeding. . If you have any questions regarding the inspection, please feel free to contact me.
