Comments:
A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 10/16/2018 from 9:34am to 1:28pm to review supplemental health and safety requirements. The children were playing with toys, watching television, and most of the children were sleeping upon the inspector?s arrival. Today, there were five children, totaling 16 points, present with two caregivers. Interviews were held with the caregivers throughout the inspection. Additionally, when appropriate the inspector interacted with children. The provider does not administer medication. The provider does not provide transportation. The provider does not have pets. Five children?s records, three caregiver/household member records and one household member's record was reviewed during the inspection. Last emergency drill: 09/18/2018 Last shelter-in-place drill: 09/18/2018 Last lockdown drill: 9/22/2018 A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. One violation was found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection and is identified on the violation notice. Description: Based on record review, the provider did not maintain a written hard copy record of daily attendance that documents the arrival and departure of each child in care as it occurs. Evidence: The inspector reviewed a record of the children's daily attendance, which did not have documentation of the arrival and departure of each child in care.
