An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today between the hours of 11:00 am through 12:30. There were a total of 8 children (22 points) with 3 caregivers. A total of 5 children's files and 4 staff/household member's files were reviewed. The children were engaged in the following: toy play, trucks, bathroom breaks, hand washing, outside play and rest time. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the violation notice.
