A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 10/25/2018 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. Upon arrival to the family day home the children were picking up toys and preparing to wash hands for lunch. Lunch was served which met USDA requirements. The children then washed hands and nap time was also observed. There are five children in care totaling 12 points with one caregiver. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations of the supplemental subsidy health and safety requirements were found. ? New subsidy requirements became effective on October 17, 2018. The facility has not yet complied with the following requirement(s): Continuity of care during emergency evacuations. ?
