Reminded the provider about scheduling a fire place inspection prior to the end of the calendar year.
Today an unannounced Monitoring inspection took place between 2:10pm and 3:45pm. There were 9 children present with the provider and 2 assistant for a total of 23 points within the supervision guidelines. The children were observed napping, waking up and playing freely either with books and blocks. The older children are practicing working on numbers and addition. A complete inspection of the physical plant, children and staff records, fire drill log, menu, attendance and emergency procedures were observed during this inspection. Evidence: All the the children's names, parent's names and contact information are posted on the mirror above the refrigerator in the basement play area. This information is not kept confidential.
