An unannounced monitoring inspection was completed today. The physical plant, 2 caregiver/household member files, 5 children's files, caregiver training, children's activities, emergency procedures, drills and supplies were inspected between 12:00-1:15pm. There were 5 children, totaling 13 points, under the supervision of the Provider. Today, the children enjoyed free play, listened to the Provider read a story, ate lunch and prepared to rest during naptime. The children bring their lunches to the FDH each day that they are in care. The Provider is not certified in MAT (medication administration training) and there are no children with any medication needs. Standard #: 22VAC40-191-60-G-1 Description: Based on file review, 2 caregiver/household members do not have fingerprint checks completed prior to 10/1/2018. Evidence 1. Caregiver/household members #1 and #2 have not yet had their fingerprinting completed. Plan of Correction: This will be completed.
