An unannounced renewal study was conducted with the provider, who was present with six children for a total of 13 points. The children napped through the inspection. Food continues to be provided by the parents. The provider had no medication on site for any of the children and there have been no injuries/accidents documented. Six children's files and two adult household member's files were reviewed today. First Aid/CPR are through American Heart Association and is due to expire in 2/19. The household pet's rabies vaccinations were also reviewed and up-to-date. There were no violations observed during this inspection. Arrival time: 12: 45 pm Departure time: 1: 40 pm
