An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today between 11:10am and 12:00pm. 9 children (22pts) were present with 2 caregivers. Ratios were in compliance. The physical space, evacuation drills, attendance, the Emergency Preparedness Plan, 4 children's records and caregiver records were reviewed. No medications were on site. Required documents were posted. Children were observed working on turkey projects for Thanksgiving, engaged in free play, listening during story time and interacting with caregivers.
