54.1-3408 Provider must be MAT certified to administer prescription medication.

Provider will need 3 more hours to complete annual training requirement. Discussed sleeping: cots and bedding
An unannounced inspection was conducted today from 1-2:20. There were 3 children (infant- 2 years) present with the Provider for a total of 10 points. During the inspection, an infant was picked up and points reduced to 6. The three records were reviewed and current. One child has only been present for 3 weeks and Provider had the immunization for the child. Please call with questions 703-479-4679.
Standard #: 22VAC40-111-280 Description: Based on observation, cleaning items were stored in areas accessible to children. Evidence: 1. In the kitchen there are unlocked cabinets that strored cleaning supplies. Plan of Correction: I will get locks or I will purchase gates to prevent children's access.
Standard #: 22VAC40-111-530-G Description: Based on observation, Provider allowed a child under two years of age to use a pillow. Evidence: 1. A 14 month old child was using a pillow to sleep. Plan of Correction: I will not use it anymore.
