Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted from 9:30 - 10:45 am with the provider and her assistant. There were 13 children (including one resident child) in care, ranging from seven months to five years of age, for a total of 31 points. The children were observed singing and dancing during circle time, washing hands and eating snack, and participating in various centers such as blocks, discovery and pretend. Snack served today was vegy straws and apple juice. Four children's records and three caregiver/household member records were reviewed and in compliance. The emergency drill log was reviewed and in compliance. One emergency medication was reviewed and in compliance.
