A mandated Renewal inspection was conducted today from 10:00-11:30. There was 1 provider and 1 child present (3 points). Reviewed 3 resident files, 2 children's files, emergency drills, first aid kit, menu, attendance, cribs, and physical plant. The child was observed reading a book, playing with a ball, and playing with a musical manipulative. Violations of the Standards are recorded on the Violation Notice.
